🛡️ Returns, Refunds, & Exchange Policy

At CashNomads.com, your satisfaction is our priority, but our policy must align with our custom-printed, print-on-demand model.

At CashNomads.com, every product is uniquely custom-printed and produced specifically for you only after you place an order. We do not hold inventory. This allows us to offer unique designs but requires us to maintain a strict policy aligned with our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful).

We only offer returns and exchanges for issues relating to production error, damage, or quality control.

1. Our Guarantee: Replacements & Refunds (Covered by CashNomads)

We are committed to quality. If an error is made on our end, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Covered Issues (Claim Must Be Submitted Within 30 Days of Delivery):

  • Damaged or Defective Item: The item arrived damaged, broken, or defective (e.g., ripped, torn, or clearly malfunctioning).
  • Manufacturing Error/Misprint: The design is misaligned, faded, incomplete, or the product material itself has a quality issue caused during production.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: The item received is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong design, color, or product type).
  • Mislabeled Size: The size label on the garment does not match the size ordered (this is a rare Printful error).

How to Submit a Claim for a Covered Issue:

  1. Immediately email us at hello@cashnomads.com.
  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.
  3. Provide a detailed description of the issue.
  4. Attach clear photo evidence (including photos of the defect and the packing slip).

We will not require you to return the original product. After reviewing the evidence, we will promptly process a replacement order at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Customer Responsibilities (No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges)

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons that fall outside of our production guarantee.

Non-Covered Issues:

  • Buyer's Remorse: You simply changed your mind, no longer want the product, or ordered it by mistake.
  • Sizing Issues / Wrong Size Ordered: We provide detailed Size Charts on every product page. We cannot exchange or refund orders for incorrect sizing once the product has been printed and shipped. Please consult the charts carefully before purchasing.
  • Product Fit or Color Expectation: Minor differences between the physical product color/texture and how it appears on your screen (due to monitor settings) are not covered.
  • Incorrect Shipping Address: If you provided an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be responsible for the full cost of reshipment.
  • Unclaimed/Refused Packages: Shipments that are unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or not picked up from the local post office will be returned. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed items will be donated after 30 days and no refund will be issued.

3. Shipping & Lost Packages

Package Marked as Delivered:

If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered to your address, but you claim you have not received it, we do not cover the cost of a replacement or refund. We recommend checking with neighbors and contacting the local post office to inquire about the package.

Package Lost in Transit:

For packages lost during transit (where the tracking never shows "Delivered"), all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and authorize a replacement if the carrier confirms the package is lost.

4. Final Policy Statement

By ordering from CashNomads.com, you agree to this policy. Please note that any product returned to our facility without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and we cannot guarantee its return to you.
